Shoulder Arthroscopy
These show arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder. They show shaving of the under surface of the acromion, the degeneration of the end of the clavicle( collar bone), the normal rotator cuff and the shaved end of the clavicle.
The acromion is shaved in order to prevent pinching and wear of the rotator cuff.
The end of the collar bone is shaved for pain relief when it is degenerated or arthritic.
